Procurement Specialist-3 (Electrical Products)

What you will do

• Conduct global strategic sourcing and supplier development for electrical components, low-voltage and high-voltage appliances, and complete electrical equipment.
• Develop sourcing strategies based on electrical parameters, technical specifications, and certification requirements.
• Manage global RFQs, quotation reviews, multi-region price comparisons, negotiations, framework agreements, and annual contracts.
• Implement cost-reduction plans, track targets, analyze cost structures, and optimize procurement costs.
• Coordinate supplier quality audits, certifications, test reports, delivery performance, disputes, and procurement claims.
• Analyze global supply-chain trends, standardize procurement processes, and manage procurement risks, compliance, and intellectual property.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Automation, or Electronic Information.
• At least 5 years of experience in global strategic sourcing for electrical products.
• Experience procuring electrical components and complete equipment.
• Fluent English for business communication, meetings, contract drafting and review, and English technical documents.
• Knowledge of electrical product standards, safety certifications, industry supply chains, cross-border procurement, strategic supplier management, and framework agreements.
• Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis tools, with strong cost analysis, quotation evaluation, and project coordination skills.
• Strategic mindset, strong cost awareness, communication and problem-solving skills, reliability, and strong execution.
• Ability to work with overseas teams across time zones.
