Investor Relations and Marketing Associate (DeFi)

Location: Remote-first; available locations include the United Kingdom, Poland, France, Switzerland and Monaco. Working hours: UK or CET time zone.

What you will do

• Build and maintain targeted investor and partner lists, CRM records, data rooms, fund performance data, AUM information and factsheets.
• Support due diligence questionnaires and maintain a library of standard responses.
• Build media relationships across crypto, financial and fund industries for hirify.global and Re7 Labs.
• Track speaking opportunities, podcasts, awards, media coverage and appearances, and keep the website updated.
• Plan and schedule content across X, LinkedIn and Telegram, track performance, and support newsletters, press releases and other written materials.
• Create branded visuals in Canva, lay out research and marketing materials, and coordinate event venues, quotes, logistics and branding.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a finance-related role, such as investment management, real estate, private markets, fintech or crypto.
• Genuine interest in DeFi and digital asset markets.
• Excellent written English.
• Strong organisation, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Good working knowledge of Canva and Google Workspace.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools, including prompt design and building simple workflows or automations with tools such as Claude or no-code platforms.
• Ability to work closely to a brief and handle confidential information with discretion.
