About the Role

You will grow the France-Morocco corridor through community building, user-acquisition strategy, influencer and agency management, grassroots marketing, partnerships, and campaign analysis. You will travel regularly across France and other European hubs to represent the business at local events and build community relationships.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in growth, sales, marketing, or a similar field
• Experience delivering measurable results against targets and KPIs
• Data analysis and performance-tracking skills
• Influencer, partner, and stakeholder relationship-management skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Willingness to travel extensively and work occasional weekends

Responsibilities

• Travel across France and other European markets to build an on-the-ground community presence
• Develop and execute user-acquisition strategies for Moroccan diaspora communities
• Own growth targets and optimize activity using data and insights
• Source, negotiate with, and manage influencers, community leaders, and external agencies
• Lead community initiatives and participate in local events, meetups, and forums
• Track customer acquisition costs for community activities
