Junior Project Support

Location: Remote, based in Manila, Philippines

hirify.global develops web-based software that automatically generates visual content using photorealistic 3D, enabling brands to reuse products across images, videos, and iOS apps.

What you will do

• Work closely with the Project Management team to support productivity and coordinate project data.
• Identify issues and challenges related to projects.
• Track Jira tasks and tickets.
• Rename files, upload assets to KO Assets, and upload renderings for revision or to client SharePoint.
• Create project codes and register approvals on templates and images.
• Support administration and registration activities.

Requirements

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, data, facts, and numbers, with accuracy and an analytical mindset.
• Advanced user-level experience with MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Get-the-job-done mentality.
• Good communication skills.
• Written and spoken English proficiency.

Nice to have

• Experience with Jira.
