Middle Project Manager

TL;DR

What you will do

• Take end-to-end ownership of CoE-led R&D pilots, technology enablers, and migration projects.
• Lead discovery, prototyping, PoC, and feasibility studies, aligning with architecture and delivery goals.
• Manage short-cycle, high-impact projects with emphasis on rapid learning and iterative improvement.
• Drive Agile ceremonies and adapt workflows for experimental or emerging technologies.
• Ensure timely reporting, metrics tracking, and continuous risk assessment.
• Coordinate with engineering, architecture, and client-facing teams to bridge strategy and execution.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Project Management, including R&D, migration, or PoC projects.
• Upper-Intermediate or higher English for confident communication with global stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and modern delivery frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Solid grasp of SDLC and proficiency with project tools (JIRA, Confluence, Miro, Notion).
• Experience with budgeting, resource allocation, financial tracking, and EMV.
• Proven ability to run multiple concurrent projects and understanding of risk management.
