Middle Project Manager

Location: Remote work from anywhere in the world, or from offices in Kyiv, Lviv, or Warsaw.

What you will do

• Own software project delivery from discovery through release, defining scope, planning delivery, and keeping execution on track.
• Coordinate collaboration between internal teams and client-side stakeholders, clarify expectations, and drive timely decisions.
• Anticipate risks, manage dependencies, control scope changes, and maintain predictable delivery.
• Establish delivery metrics, provide consistent stakeholder reporting, facilitate Agile processes, and improve team efficiency.
• Remove blockers and maintain steady delivery progress.
• Participate in pre-sales activities, including estimations and solution discussions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in IT project management and a proven track record of delivering software projects end-to-end.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and hands-on experience with Agile practices.
• Ability to independently manage scope, timelines, and priorities.
• Experience working directly with clients, managing stakeholder expectations, and leading internal teams and client-side contributors.
• Strong focus on proactive planning, forecasting, risk management, dependency management, and delivery predictability.
• Confident decision-making without constant escalation, with solid communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
• Understanding of system architecture basics, APIs, and delivery processes.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
