APAC Logistics Analyst

What you will do

• Resolve transportation and order-related issues with internal teams, carriers, and regional stakeholders.
• Track shipments, monitor delivery status, and follow up on exceptions.
• Support order execution and maintain accurate status updates for stakeholders.
• Identify recurring issues and support practical improvements in regional logistics execution.
• Contribute to the transfer and continuity of logistics activities.

Requirements

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-coordination skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field.
• Experience in logistics operations, transportation, order management, shipment tracking, and customer service.
• Fluent English communication skills and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across APAC.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of APAC logistics processes and experience supporting operational transitions or knowledge-transfer activities.
• Strong attention to detail, prioritisation, time management, adaptability, and a collaborative approach.
