Logistics Security Agent - Cargo Signal (Logistics)

Location: Mabalacat, Pampanga, Philippines; onsite at Building 55A, PhilExcel Business Park, Clark Freeport Zone.

What you will do

• Provide 24/7/365 coverage in a global command center and manage shipment alerts and exceptions, including delays, routing errors, missed pick-ups, theft, and tampering.
• Classify and prioritize alerts, coordinate resolution with internal stakeholders, shippers, destinations, transportation providers, and vendors, and escalate critical issues to management.
• Track shipments from origin to destination, provide real-time status updates, and verify carrier compliance with service-level agreements using third-party platforms and dashboards.
• Enter shipment information accurately and on time, and prepare post-shipment, incident, and violation reports.
• Interpret customer requirements, address in-transit questions, and support strong relationships with service providers and customers.
• Follow company policies, standard operating procedures, government regulations, and customer requirements while identifying process-efficiency improvements and completing required training.

Requirements

• Knowledge of air, road, and ocean transportation.
• Familiarity with logistics software, GPS tracking devices, and emergency or incident-response protocols.
• Effective interpersonal, listening, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify root causes from incomplete information.
• Good computer skills with Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Fluent English.
• Commitment to regulatory compliance, company policies, integrity, accuracy, urgency, and quality.
• At least 2 years of logistics experience, ideally in air import/export, transcon, or customs.
