GCS Control Tower Analyst (Logistics)

Location: On-site in Taguig, Philippines

What you will do

• Enter required data and process orders according to department procedures.
• Communicate with internal departments and service providers to research and resolve export shipping issues.
• Identify and implement service solutions for internal and external customers.
• Handle and deliver export and import documentation.
• Coordinate with carriers to request international documents, freight charges, and shipment status updates.

Requirements

• Data analytics skills and the ability to remain flexible and adaptable to workflow processes and changing priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Foreign Trade and Customs, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field, or at least 1 year of equivalent experience in these fields.
• At least 2 years of customer service, order management, logistics, and/or shipping experience.
• Fluent English.

Nice to have

• Knowledge and practical use of SAP and Salesforce.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to convey a positive customer-service and team-oriented attitude.
