Team Lead, Global Procurement

Location: PH GBS Manila, Philippines; hybrid work format

What you will do

• Lead daily global procurement operations and ensure timely, compliant service delivery across supported markets.
• Manage indirect sourcing, purchase orders, supplier negotiations, contract support, issue resolution, and stakeholder engagement.
• Monitor procurement performance and collaborate with business partners to improve operational effectiveness.
• Coach and develop procurement professionals while supporting resource planning and capability building.
• Partner with procurement teams and suppliers to drive compliance and achieve business objectives.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and implement innovative procurement solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 18 months of procurement experience, including sourcing, negotiations, and supplier management.
• Proven experience leading, coaching, and developing teams.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of procurement systems, international trade, logistics, and Incoterms.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Flexibility and willingness to work varying schedules when required.
