Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (Corporate)

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring coordination, and offer negotiation.
• Deliver a strong candidate experience from initial introduction through onboarding.
• Partner with HR and hiring managers to continuously improve hiring processes.
• Drive and participate in HR projects and initiatives.
• Maintain recruiting databases in a structured and timely manner.
• Build and maintain a quality talent pipeline through networking, university outreach, job fairs, and ongoing candidate engagement.

Requirements

• 8+ years of recruitment experience, ideally with a top-tier internet company or recruitment agency.
• Fluency in English to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
• Experience with modern sourcing and selection techniques.
• Experience with market mapping for global or Asia markets.
• A successful track record of delivering against aggressive hiring goals.
• Effective stakeholder management, relationship-building, and consulting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Ability to work independently.
