IT Operations Technician (AI/Fintech)

Location: Marbella, Spain; hybrid work with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote after onboarding.

What you will do

• Provide L2/L3 technical support to internal customers, triaging and diagnosing issues and minimizing operational disruption.
• Maintain and improve on-premises IT infrastructure, services, processes, and operating systems.
• Oversee the onboarding and implementation of new technologies and services.
• Collaborate with IT Support, CyberSecurity, Compliance, Business Operations, and Office Management.
• Maintain compliance with ISO27001 and SOC2 processes and support security and data integrity.
• Lead implementation projects independently as proficiency develops.

Requirements

• Experience maintaining Windows, Linux, and MacOS operating systems.
• 2–3 years of experience as an L2/L3 Technical Support Technician.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Atlassian tools.
• Familiarity with RMM and MDM technologies.
• PowerShell scripting skills for task automation and operational efficiency.
• Understanding and experience with ITSM tools.
• Demonstrated networking experience and a solid understanding of computer networks and their configurations.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of NinjaOne and CrowdStrike management tools and services.
• Familiarity with ISO27001 and/or SOC2, plus knowledge of compliance platforms such as Vanta.
• Experience with Atlassian products.
• Experience with automation processes and tools such as Zapier and IFTTT.
• Experience with Mikrotik and UniFi devices.
