Print Inside Presales Consultant with French (Print)

Location: Sant Cugat del Valles, Barcelona, Spain; onsite. No relocation and no travel required.

What you will do

• Provide technical recommendations, guidance, and presales support for hirify.global Commercial print products, services, and solutions.
• Present the advantages of hirify.global print offerings and support sales representatives with customer requests, including RFI, RFP, and RFQ responses.
• Respond to and track technical questions from internal and external requestors.
• Support sales opportunities with detailed technical knowledge and provide updates to the sales community.
• Manage technical escalations, monitor technical and environmental regulations, and maintain service quality and total customer experience.
• Deliver training on print products and solutions and collaborate with presales and worldwide technical resources.

Requirements

• Native proficiency in spoken and written French and advanced proficiency in English.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in a technical or engineering field or computer science.
• Current experience and knowledge of printing technologies, hardware, operating systems, software, and networking technologies.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and teamwork skills, including troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal tactical direction and demonstrated motivation for continuous learning.

Nice to have

• Advanced or native proficiency in German.
• Proficiency in another language.
