IT Support (E-commerce Data Intelligence)

Location: Barcelona, Spain; hybrid work with 4 days in-office and 1 day remote.

Salary: €25,000–€27,000 per year, according to experience.

What you will do

• Provide hardware support for equipment, meeting rooms, and network hardware.
• Support Windows, macOS, Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, and other company tools.
• Create and maintain a local inventory of company assets.
• Support ISO 27001 and EU AI Act compliance, including security and personnel training.
• Manage IT equipment policies, general IT administration, office networks, and second-line configuration of the business network.
• Support other offices and business tools while identifying improvements to user experience and workplace productivity.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in IT support.
• Experience with the Microsoft Admin console and Google Workspace.
• Experience with single sign-on integrations and domain creation and management.
• Ability to create technical documentation in the company wiki in Notion.
• English proficiency for collaboration with international employees.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and execute tasks efficiently.

Nice to have

• Basic experience with cloud providers, including AWS.
• Basic experience with infrastructure as code.
