Business Change Manager

Location: Hybrid working in Leeds, Manchester, Marlow, or the South Coast, United Kingdom.

What you will do

• Develop and own holistic change strategies and plans for technology, process, and organisational initiatives.
• Partner with project teams, product owners, business stakeholders, operational teams, and leadership to deliver people-centred change.
• Build stakeholder relationships and communicate change through clear, audience-specific messages.
• Drive business readiness, training, user adoption, and confidence throughout implementation.
• Track benefits realisation and embed sustainable change through continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Business Change, Change Management, or similar people-focused transformation role.
• Strong understanding of change frameworks and methodologies, such as Prosci ADKAR, APMG, or Kotter, with the ability to apply them pragmatically.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including confidence engaging senior leaders.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, simple messages tailored to different audiences.
• Experience delivering change within technology-enabled transformation programmes.
