Senior Project Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Manage large-scale and complex projects from initiation through delivery across multiple business segments and corporate functions.
• Develop and monitor project plans, timelines, scope, quality, resources, costs, budgets, billing, and delivery performance.
• Coordinate internal departments, external stakeholders, third-party vendors, and specialized resources to deliver products and solutions.
• Manage complex customizations, new functionality, framework enhancements, and solutions for new countries or locations.
• Identify, resolve, negotiate, and escalate delivery, scope, feasibility, and stakeholder issues.
• Prepare project status and financial reports, support forecasting, and mentor less experienced project managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent training and/or work experience in lieu of a degree.
• 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Broad and specialized knowledge of project management methodologies and the payments industry.
• Ability to manage complex issues, evaluate variable factors, select appropriate methods, and exercise independent judgment.
• Ability to coordinate personnel and determine methods and procedures for new assignments.
• Specialized knowledge of internal or external client business requirements.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in any field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
