What you will do

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Manage project scope, budgets, timelines, resources, financial forecasts, and financial risks.
• Coordinate communication between internal teams, external clients, contractors, and executive leadership.
• Identify project bottlenecks, risks, and dependencies and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and quality management systems.
• Mentor junior project managers and other team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of project management experience in infrastructure, engineering, or construction sectors.
• Proficiency with project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or Jira.
• Strong understanding of budgeting and financial reporting.
• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills, with experience managing diverse, cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills, including the ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• PMP or an equivalent recognized certification.
