Project Management Principal Specialist (AirOps)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end medium-sized deployment and implementation projects across airport and airline customers, from planning and kick-off through testing, go-live, and closure.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and implementation plans with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Manage execution against agreed timelines, budgets, quality targets, project management standards, methodologies, and governance processes.
• Coordinate Product Management, Engineering, Solution Design, Deployment, Support, and Customer Success teams.
• Monitor progress, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans; coordinate issue resolution and facilitate decision-making.
• Manage customer communications, project reviews, steering committees, status reporting, escalations, deployment readiness, operational handover, and go-live activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing software, technology, infrastructure, or airport-related deployment projects.
• Project management experience leading cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
• Experience working directly with customers in implementation or delivery environments.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and navigate complex project environments.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort working in an international and fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent project management certification.
