Mobile Mortgage Specialist (Japanese)

Location: Remote; North Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Other location: West Vancouver, British Columbia.

What you will do

• Develop mortgage business through referrals from realtors, builders, financial planners, and other centers of influence.
• Build and maintain customer relationships while developing a personal customer base.
• Conduct sales calls, including joint calls with the Senior District Sales Manager.
• Use TD's sales management system to manage sales activity and support performance.
• Participate in targeted sales training, coaching sessions, and credit knowledge development.

Requirements

• Proven sales track record and exceptional sales skills.
• Self-starter mindset with an entrepreneurial, proactive, and strategic approach to business development.
• Ability to work independently and manage activities in a fast-paced, competitive market.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, customer service, networking, and relationship management skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of retail banking and/or credit adjudication.
• Post-secondary education.
• Japanese language skills.
