Website Growth & CRO Manager (E-commerce)

What you will do

• Own existing websites, landing pages, and conversion funnels while identifying opportunities to improve performance and the customer journey.
• Design and implement A/B tests across complete pages and individual sections to improve conversion rates and deliver measurable results.
• Create intuitive, visually compelling web experiences in collaboration with designers and AI tools.
• Write German headlines, USPs, CTAs, and website copy that communicate value and encourage action.
• Conduct customer surveys and user research, translating data and customer insights into actionable improvements.
• Contribute to building a new product configurator and collaborate with Performance Marketing, Content, Design, and Tech teams on implementation.

Requirements

• Business-fluent German at C1 or C2 level is mandatory; lower levels will not be considered.
• Strong analytical thinking and commercial understanding, with the ability to turn data into priorities and measurable improvements.
• Experience or demonstrated potential in Digital Product Management, Growth, Conversion Rate Optimization, Growth Design, or E-commerce.
• Excellent understanding of UX/UI principles and a strong aesthetic sense for intuitive, engaging digital experiences.
• Ability to create clear, persuasive website copy and commercial messaging, including headlines, USPs, and CTAs.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, ownership, initiative, prioritization, and the ability to drive ideas through to execution.
• Comfort using AI tools in everyday workflows to improve productivity and problem-solving.
• Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity, and willingness to experiment, learn, and continuously improve.
• Approximately 3–5 years of relevant experience; exceptional early-career candidates with 1–2 years of experience, strong analytical ability, high initiative, and outstanding potential are also encouraged to apply.
