I'm looking for a CRM Strategist to join a creative digital agency, working with exciting brands to develop impactful CRM strategies and marketing automation campaigns. If you're passionate about customer experience, data-driven marketing and personalisation, this one might be for you.

What you’ll bring:

▪️ 3+ years of experience in CRM, ideally within an agency
▪️ Expertise in personalisation, marketing automation and campaign analytics
▪️ Experience with tools such as Adobe Campaign and Adobe Analytics
▪️ Strong strategic thinking and confident client-facing skills
