Project Planning Specialist (Clinical Research)

Location: Hybrid role based in Dublin or Limerick, Ireland.

What you will do

• Support Project Managers with project planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Help develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to keep project milestones on track.
• Manage study documentation and assist with preparing and delivering Firecrest products and services for clinical trials.
• Support business-unit financial management and reporting, including maintaining budget and revenue trackers.
• Contribute to process improvements that enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Project Management or Operations Management is preferred; relevant experience will also be considered.
• Previous experience in project coordination or project management is preferred.
• Strong financial acumen, including the ability to maintain budget and revenue trackers.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail when maintaining documentation and managing data.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with change orders.
