Project Manager

Location: Hybrid in Dublin, Ireland; on-site Wednesdays and Thursdays, with remote flexibility on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays. Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Ireland without visa or work permit sponsorship.

What you will do

• Own course and programme delivery from the signed statement of work through client evaluation sharing, meeting deadlines throughout.
• Manage instructor-led classes, multi-course programmes, webinars, and academies lasting from several weeks to one year.
• Coordinate weekly calls, quarterly business reviews, learning plans, schedules, and client quality and satisfaction measurement.
• Join pre-sale discovery calls and work with Account Executives to scope projects and confirm instructors, technology, and resources.
• Define technical setup requirements with clients and instructors and arrange cloud-based learning environments.
• Manage project budgets and profitability while building trusted client relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of professional experience in project or programme management.
• 4+ years of customer engagement or customer success experience.
• Ability to organise workload and move several projects forward simultaneously.
• Facilitation and conflict-resolution skills to keep clients, instructors, and teammates aligned.
• Clear communication with internal and external stakeholders, including sales teams and client leaders.
• Relationship-first approach to building client trust.
• Comfort working with project budgets and tracking profitability.
• Existing legal right to work in Ireland on an ongoing basis without company sponsorship or immigration assistance.
