Scrum Master

What you will do

• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Support Product Owners and delivery teams with backlog refinement, prioritisation, and sprint readiness.
• Help teams plan and manage work while keeping sprint goals and commitments visible and achievable.
• Identify and help remove impediments, and track risks, issues, and dependencies for escalation where appropriate.
• Use Agile tools and delivery metrics to monitor progress and provide transparency to stakeholders.
• Promote collaboration, Agile best practices, continuous improvement, accountability, and continuous learning.

Requirements

• Experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, Project Coordinator, or in a similar delivery-focused role.
• Good understanding of Scrum principles, Agile methodologies, and software delivery practices.
• Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and supporting cross-functional teams.
• Experience working with Product Owners to manage and refine backlogs.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience using Agile tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
• Ability to identify risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges and help teams address them.

Nice to have

• Scrum certification such as PSM, CSM, or equivalent.
