Project Manager (SaaS)

Location: Ireland; hybrid or remote work may be available depending on the position.

What you will do

• Lead complex customer implementations from kick-off through successful delivery, coordinating global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate resources, project plans, commercial deliverables, timelines, vendors, partners, and relevant IT budgets.
• Identify and implement project or programme methodologies that improve efficiency for the organisation and customers.
• Set up governance processes, lead governance reviews, and manage relevant audit requirements.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successes, lessons learned, and improvement opportunities.
• Foster collaboration and support the professional growth of project team members.

Requirements

• Degree-level education.
• 3–5 years of experience in project management or programme management, preferably in a SaaS or software environment.
• Experience in customer-facing SaaS implementation or enterprise onboarding for multi-locational projects.
• Experience managing people indirectly against targets and agreed deliverables.

Nice to have

• Broad knowledge of project management methodologies or related certifications.
• Strong understanding of software development terminology and processes.
