Client Migration Delivery Project Manager (Asset Servicing)

Location: Limerick, Ireland. Applicants must have the right to work in Ireland at the time of application and throughout employment. Employment permit sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

• Coordinate the end-to-end migration of custody and banking clients to the hirify.global Irish Branch.
• Develop and control integrated migration plans covering client, operational, legal, regulatory, technology, data, and change activities.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams, readiness criteria, dependencies, decisions, risks, issues, and actions through implementation and stabilisation.
• Manage client communications, service operating model alignment, implementation, cutover, contingency arrangements, and post-migration support.
• Prepare governance materials, dashboards, status reports, executive summaries, and decision papers for leadership.
• Embed risk and control management, coordinate evidence-based readiness assessments, and identify process improvements for future migrations.

Requirements

• Strong project management and/or business analysis capability, with the ability to manage multiple client migrations, workstreams, and competing priorities concurrently.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate and influence cross-functional teams in a complex and regulated environment.
• Excellent organisation, planning, attention to detail, written communication, and verbal communication skills, including communication with clients and executive audiences.
• Strong analytical, judgement, problem-solving, relationship-building, and constructive challenge capabilities, with a focus on accountability, client experience, risk management, and continuous improvement.
• Working knowledge of custody, asset servicing, and the service operating model supporting institutional clients.
• Strong project management experience, preferably within financial services or another regulated environment.
• Experience supporting large-scale, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders across jurisdictions, clients, and workstreams.
• Demonstrated experience managing project plans, risks, issues, dependencies, governance processes, readiness assessments, and executive reporting.
• Impacted clients, migration milestones, communications, risks, operational readiness, controls, stakeholder readiness, and leadership reporting must be managed with clear ownership, evidence, governance, and timely escalation.

Nice to have

• Financial services experience, particularly custody, asset servicing, client onboarding, legal entity migration, or regulatory change experience.
• Relevant project management qualification.
