What you will do

• Coordinate the end-to-end migration of custody and banking clients to the Irish Branch.
• Develop and maintain integrated migration plans covering client, operational, legal, regulatory, technology, data, and change activities.
• Manage readiness criteria, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, and actions across multiple workstreams.
• Coordinate client communications, service operating model alignment, implementation, cutover, and post-migration stabilisation.
• Prepare governance materials, dashboards, status reports, executive summaries, and decision papers.
• Drive risk, control, regulatory, change-management, knowledge-transfer, and continuous-improvement activities.

Requirements

• Strong project management and/or business analysis capability with experience managing multiple migrations or workstreams.
• Experience coordinating and influencing cross-functional teams in complex, regulated environments.
• Strong planning, organisation, analytical, judgement, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience managing project plans, risks, issues, dependencies, governance, readiness assessments, and executive reporting.
• Working knowledge of custody, asset servicing, and service operating models for institutional clients.
• Right to work in Ireland is required; employment permit sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Financial services experience, particularly in custody, asset servicing, client onboarding, legal entity migration, or regulatory change.
• Relevant project management qualification.
