Commercial Property Development Manager

Location: Dublin, Co. Dublin, Ireland

hirify.global operates Dublin Airport and manages commercial property development across the airport campus.

What you will do

• Lead the development of a new hotel at Dublin Airport, including market engagement and analysis, tendering, design and development, stakeholder coordination, contract management, and construction delivery.
• Lead the feasibility, planning, tendering, and potential construction of the next phase of the Dublin Airport Central office campus.
• Manage hirify.global’s interest in third-party property developments, including potential hotel, fitness, and leisure projects.
• Build effective working relationships across Planning, Infrastructure, Asset Management, IT, Legal, Procurement, Finance, and Capital Development.
• Manage external contractors and tenant or customer interfaces throughout property projects.
• Prepare management reports, represent the Commercial Property agenda in project meetings, and ensure compliance with company, legal, health and safety, and work permit standards.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in construction project management or infrastructure delivery.
• Experience supporting complex projects in a complex, stakeholder-driven organisation.
• Knowledge of construction, engineering, architecture, and project management delivery principles.
• Experience with contract negotiation and management.
• Experience documenting best-practice construction project management policies and standards.
• High technical competence across construction and/or property-related activities.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
• Commercial awareness, financial and analytical acumen, accountability, influencing and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results.
• Qualification in Construction, Engineering, Surveying, Architecture, Construction Project Management, or a related construction discipline.
