Integration and Implementation Specialist

Location: Remote; physically based in GMT and EST timezones, with the location section specifying EDT / EST (US East Coast only).

Salary: $90K–$120K annually, dependent on location and experience level; equity offered.

What you will do

• Own lab certifications end-to-end, including requests from Quest and LabCorp, test plans, test cases, and account launches.
• Track approximately 30 certifications simultaneously, maintaining clear ownership, status, and next steps.
• Coordinate with Quest, LabCorp, and other lab partners on test cases, issues, accounts, sub-accounts, and pricing requests.
• Build scripts, agents, and other automation to reduce manual certification and partner-process work.
• Investigate backend data, databases, and API responses by running scripts, sandbox overrides, Quest order pulls, and HL7 changes.
• Maintain customer and sales documentation and identify additional repetitive lab workflows for automation.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience running implementations, integrations, or technical support for an API-based or similarly technical product.
• Experience working within an active network of partners and integrations, with an understanding of how partner-process changes affect customers and their customers.
• Ability to make code changes and ship fixes independently in scripts, database queries, or API integrations.
• Hands-on scripting ability with SQL and Python or JavaScript.
• Daily use of AI tools integrated into personal workflows and a tendency to use AI to solve repetitive work.
• Ability to manage dozens of concurrent tasks without losing track of progress.
• High ownership and willingness to identify and solve manual-process problems.
• Clear, organized, and responsive communication with external partners.

Nice to have

• Experience with lab or healthcare data, including HL7, results interfaces, or EMRs.
• SQL experience and scripting experience in Python or JavaScript.
