Corporate Development Manager

Location: On-site in Maplewood, Minnesota, United States; at least four days per week at the hirify.global Center. Travel may include up to 25% domestic and international travel.

Expected compensation: $188,251–$230,084, including base pay and variable incentive pay if eligible.

What you will do

• Support enterprise-wide mergers and acquisitions, including corporate portfolio management projects focused on value creation and growth.
• Help develop a pipeline of acquisition and divestment opportunities.
• Support deal execution through due diligence, financial modeling, and valuation.
• Collaborate with internal functions and business teams before, during, and after M&A processes.
• Prepare M&A presentations for the Board of Directors, executives, and business leaders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, completed and verified before starting.
• At least five years of mergers and acquisitions experience in corporate development, investment banking, or another project-management-related setting within a private, public, government, or military environment.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Eight to ten years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, investment banking, or corporate development.
• Strategic thinking and analytical skills, including the ability to digest and synthesize large amounts of information into executive-level reports and documents.
• Experience managing multiple competing priorities in a constantly changing environment.
• Comfort with ambiguity and tight deadlines.
• Ability to understand, design, and translate business requirements into actionable solutions with an emphasis on execution and results.
