Corporate Development Operations Manager

What you will do

• Support mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, partnerships, licensing arrangements, and other strategic transactions from evaluation through closing and integration planning.
• Manage deal workflows, virtual data rooms, diligence trackers, work plans, timelines, documentation repositories, milestones, risks, and action items.
• Coordinate cross-functional due diligence across finance, legal, commercial, operational, technical, HR, regulatory, and other workstreams.
• Improve corporate development processes, operating procedures, templates, playbooks, reporting tools, systems, databases, and knowledge management infrastructure.
• Maintain the corporate development pipeline and CRM systems and prepare executive, Board, transaction, and strategic planning materials.
• Support financial modeling, valuation analyses, market sizing, business cases, target research, competitive intelligence, and corporate strategy initiatives.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, management consulting, private equity, transaction advisory, corporate strategy, project management, or related fields.
• Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions, strategic transactions, or other complex cross-functional projects.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and complex workflows.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, valuation concepts, and business case development.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills with strong analytical capabilities.
• Experience preparing executive-level presentations and reporting materials.
• Exceptional attention to detail, written and verbal communication, problem-solving, discretion, and the ability to operate in fast-paced environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with VDR platforms, CRM systems, project management tools, and transaction management software.
• Exposure to M&A due diligence processes and transaction execution.
• Experience in renewable energy, energy technology, infrastructure, industrial technology, or related sectors.
• MBA or an undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, engineering, or a related field.
• Project management certification or related operational excellence experience.
