Corporate & Business Development Senior Manager

Location: Remote anywhere in the US; occasional travel required

Salary: $133,120–$249,600 per year, plus bonus, stock, and benefits

What you will do

• Support the full acquisition lifecycle and develop fact-based investment theses.
• Originate deals and build the M&A funnel with Business Development leads.
• Evaluate markets and acquisition targets through primary and secondary research, market modeling, and hypothesis development.
• Coordinate deal teams, due diligence, financial analysis, and transaction execution.
• Monitor M&A competitor activity, market trends, and marketplace developments.
• Partner with executive staff, business groups, corporate development, business development, finance, and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in business consulting, private equity, investment banking, or corporate development, focused on M&A.
• Experience leading complex global M&A transactions through the full lifecycle, from strategy through close.
• Experience developing and evaluating valuation models, conducting comprehensive due diligence, and driving deal execution.
• Proficiency in secondary research and in designing and conducting primary research.
• Broad understanding of qualitative and quantitative market research techniques; strong financial modeling experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of biopharma, cell and gene therapy, genomics, clinical diagnostics, and technical and scientific industry trends.
