Electric Program Manager, Career

Location: Hybrid, with at least 2 days in Oakland or Dublin; anywhere within the Oakland/Dublin service territory.

Salary: $87,000–$131,000 annually, with a midpoint of $109,000; eligible for discretionary incentive compensation programs.

What you will do

• Manage small, narrow-scope programs or regional portions of larger programs within Substation Operations.
• Administer program projects, track activities and completion, prepare status reports, and present updates to stakeholders.
• Support Substation Work Execution strategy, governance, business management, productivity targets, budgets, and variance explanations.
• Collaborate with Electric Operations leadership, internal teams, customers, and external stakeholders on planning and issue resolution.
• Coordinate process improvements, change management, communication, training, and implementation activities.
• Support SAP and other business-system updates through end-user testing, role-mapping requests, data cleanup, and GRC reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Three years of total related experience.
• Experience and skills in project management, communication, teamwork, management of change, change management, and related technical areas.
• Ability to work with employee groups at all levels and outside stakeholders.
