What you will do

• Formulate new business proposals and develop company forecasts and valuations.
• Evaluate merger and acquisition scenarios and prepare documents for public and private stock issuance.
• Support every aspect of the transaction process, including drafting sessions, business proposals, and due diligence meetings.
• Conduct research using primary data sources and identify information needed to analyze key themes and trends.
• Provide financial modeling input for business cases, costs, and schedules supporting business growth.
• Interpret financial information and analyze patterns, trends, relationships, and implications to support business decisions.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of general work experience.
• Completed bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance.
• Experience conducting research, analyzing data, identifying trends, and compiling decision-support reports.
• Ability to apply analytical processes and procedures, interpret financial information, and draw meaningful conclusions.
• Ability to write and edit material for different target audiences and tailor tone and content to their needs.
• Ability to analyze problems and issues and develop technical or professional solutions.
