Investment Banking | Secondaries/Sponsor M&A Analyst (Private Equity)

Location: New York, NY, United States; office-based role.

What you will do

• Work alongside senior professionals to execute secondary transactions across every stage of the deal process.
• Prepare client presentations and transaction marketing materials, including financial models, investor presentations, confidential information memorandums, and process letters.
• Conduct comprehensive due diligence using financial and industry analyses.
• Support capital raising and investor due diligence by managing online data rooms, organizing meetings and calls, handling investor requests, and gathering feedback.
• Maintain multiple information databases and monitor market data.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• History of outstanding academic achievement.
• Effective presentation, communication, and writing skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
• Highly collaborative and motivated to work as part of a team.
• Strong quantitative and analytical background.
• Demonstrated interest in private equity and other alternative investment strategies.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
