Director, Process Engineer (Semiconductor)

Location: Santa Clara, CA, United States; onsite role with 10% travel; relocation is not available.

Salary: $189,000.00–$260,000.00 per year.

What you will do

• Direct a process technology group responsible for research, development, implementation, and enhancement of product lines.
• Manage complex applications of scientific theory and processes in product development and ongoing technical management.
• Lead alpha engineering and alpha/beta product release activities for the business unit's product line.
• Resolve complex external customer process issues and High Value Problems involving the product line.
• Integrate research and development processes into the business unit and Product Business Group strategy.
• Set approval guidelines, provide leadership to process technology managers, and define performance metrics.

Requirements

• Broad and comprehensive understanding of systems, theories, and practices.
• Broad industry and commercial awareness applied to financial and operational performance.
• Experience leading through subordinate managers of managers and executing functional business plans.
• Ability to direct resolution of highly complex or unusual business problems using advanced analytical judgment.
• Ability to influence senior executives and external organizations and adapt communication to the audience.
• Understanding of and compliance with hirify.global' Standards of Business Conduct.
