CS Business Systems Analyst III (Healthcare)

Location: Remote in the United States; domestic travel of up to 20% required.

Salary: $83,426–$145,997 annually. A separate job description section lists a BSA Level III range of $80,218–$140,382.

What you will do

• Serve as the technical member and liaison between assigned clients, client team members, and IT staff.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to match technology solutions to business needs and develop, implement, and maintain business systems solutions.
• Translate user needs into business, system, and functional requirements and partner with IT developers on design specifications.
• Develop queries, analyze business and system changes, investigate issues, and create documentation including process flows, use cases, business rules, reports, and decision-support materials.
• Create and maintain project plans, task sequencing, test plans, and user acceptance testing activities.
• Support service requests, issue resolution, communication and training plans, continuous improvement, and timely, accurate client deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
• Four to six years of related experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management, pharmacy, managed healthcare, or a similar role, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, and Outlook, for complex documents, scheduling, and data analysis.
• Experience as a business user of multiple software applications and processing systems.
• Working knowledge of SQL coding, Oracle Forms, Golden 32, MedOptimize, Visio, and UNIX operating systems.
• Ability to balance high work volume, prioritize urgent issues, and deliver accurate work on time.
• Strong analytical, verbal, written communication, presentation, consultative, investigative, problem-resolution, judgment, decision-making, organizational, and detail-oriented skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team with internal and external clients.
• Domestic travel of up to 20% of the time is required.
