What you will do

• Lead end-to-end execution of operational initiatives, including scope definition, execution strategy, milestone delivery, and KPI tracking.
• Manage defined workstreams, coordinate stakeholders, and maintain program progress across functional teams.
• Drive structured decision-making and resolve cross-functional execution challenges.
• Identify and mitigate dependencies and risks affecting delivery timelines or outcomes.
• Track value realization, including efficiency gains, revenue enablement, and cost optimization.
• Contribute to improvements in PMO governance frameworks and reporting rigor.

Requirements

• 5+ years of enterprise program management or consulting experience.
• Proven ownership of multi-team initiatives and transformation initiatives with measurable impact.
• Ability to understand strategic priorities, translate them into execution plans, evaluate trade-offs within program scope, and navigate moderate ambiguity.
• Quantitative analysis skills, including advanced Excel, Smartsheet, reporting, and dashboard creation.
• Ability to influence functional stakeholders, present program updates to senior managers, and build alignment through structured storytelling.
• Experience leading programs using Agile and Waterfall methodologies, managing stakeholder expectations, and driving change adoption.
• Experience leading cross-functional working teams, mentoring junior program coordinators, and driving accountability.
• Understanding of revenue drivers, operational KPIs, value creation, SaaS product lifecycle dependencies, and emerging operational technology.
• Knowledge of using LLMs such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, or Grok to improve productivity.
