Principal Product Acceleration Specialist - Auth0

Location: Remote in the United States or Canada; listed locations include Bellevue, Chicago, New York, San Francisco, Seattle, Washington, DC, and Toronto.

Salary: $217,000–$298,000 USD annual base salary for candidates in California excluding the San Francisco Bay Area, Colorado, Illinois, New York, and Washington; $194,000–$266,000 USD annual base salary for other listed locations. What you will do

• Advise Global 2000 enterprise customers on architecture, implementation patterns, configuration, and complex Auth0 deployments.
• Support pre-sales and New Product Introduction launches by creating Proofs of Concept, early-adopter demonstrations, and technical enablement assets.
• Collaborate with global System Integrators and delivery partners on scalable deployment blueprints and identity transformation programs.
• Guide customer developers on Auth0 Actions, SDK implementation, and full-stack application patterns using Node.js, TypeScript, React, and mobile platforms.
• Provide technical feedback to Auth0 Product Management, create code samples and documentation, and mentor field teams and customer developers.
• Manage concurrent technical engagements, high-priority escalations, AI-assisted implementation analysis, code generation, SDK debugging, and documentation.

Requirements

• 10+ years of customer-facing technical experience in a Go-To-Market organization, such as Pre-Sales/Sales Engineering, Professional Services, Solutions Architecture, Technical Account Management, Customer Success, or Senior Support, delivering identity or SaaS solutions to enterprise accounts.
• Expert-level Auth0 and CIAM knowledge, including low-friction authentication, high-volume user management, and custom Auth0 Actions.
• Experience working directly for or closely aligned with global System Integrators such as Accenture, Deloitte, or PwC on large-scale enterprise identity or cloud transformation projects.
• Proven ability to read, write, and debug full-stack application code with JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React, and modern mobile SDKs.
• Deep understanding of identity federation, access control frameworks, SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SCIM.
• In-depth CIAM threat-defense knowledge and experience designing resilient authentication flows against credential stuffing, account takeover, automated bot attacks, AI-driven social engineering, LLM-based phishing, and automated fraud.
• Experience with complex, large-scale IT landscapes, web technologies, and cloud architectures for top-tier Global 2000 and Fortune 100 customers.
• Exceptional ability to explain technical and developer concepts to non-technical stakeholders and advise senior engineering leaders.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
