Business Analyst

What you will do

• Support the Smart Measurement system product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities by analyzing data and stakeholder input.
• Elicit, analyze, document, and maintain business, functional, and non-functional requirements and SDLC artifacts, including BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and workflows.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and technical teams; facilitate meetings, workshops, and requirements-gathering sessions.
• Execute functional, system, and user acceptance testing; create and track defects through resolution and validate delivered solutions.
• Support Agile or Waterfall delivery, including sprint planning and prioritization where applicable, impact analysis, change requests, and continuous improvement of BA and SDLC processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.
• Strong experience creating SDLC documentation, including BRDs, FRDs, and user stories.
• Proven experience in software testing, including test case creation and execution.
• Familiarity with SDLC methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
