Business Analyst

What you will do

• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, translating business needs into actionable requirements.
• Analyze business processes and define requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and supporting documentation.
• Participate across the full delivery lifecycle, from discovery and requirements definition through backlog refinement, development, testing, and validation.
• Work with customers, subject matter experts, product teams, architects, and engineers to maintain alignment between business objectives and delivered functionality.
• Identify gaps, dependencies, assumptions, and process improvement opportunities while maintaining high-quality, traceable requirements.
• Use approved AI-assisted tools and modern analysis practices to support research, analysis, documentation, and requirements development.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of professional experience in business analysis, technology delivery, project coordination, product support, or a related role; relevant internships or comparable experience may be considered.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to break down complex or ambiguous business needs into clear, manageable requirements.
• Ability to develop clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and supporting documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.
• Strong organization skills, including the ability to track multiple requirements, decisions, dependencies, and action items simultaneously.
• Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile delivery practices.
• Ability to understand applications, integrations, data, and system behavior while working with technical teams without being a software developer.
• Ability to learn new business domains and technologies quickly, ask effective questions, and work through incomplete or ambiguous requirements.
• Comfort using modern productivity and AI-assisted tools for research, analysis, documentation, and requirements development.
• Self-motivated and collaborative, with willingness to take ownership while seeking guidance when appropriate.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Azure DevOps, Jira, ServiceNow, Agile/Scrum, process mapping, APIs and integrations, SQL, cloud technologies, or enterprise applications.
