Senior Business Analyst (Process Improvement & Solution Design)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal; hybrid work model. Candidates must have an existing legal right to work in the European Union.

What you will do

• Analyse current business processes and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
• Conduct impact studies, define project scope, and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Design tailored solutions and write detailed User Stories for development teams.
• Coordinate with designers and developers to support seamless implementation.
• Estimate effort and resources for fixes, upgrades, and new projects.
• Develop test strategies, prepare test plans, scripts, and data, and lead functional testing and deliverable validation.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar field.
• Proven expertise in process analysis and solution design.
• Strong experience writing User Stories and working closely with development teams.
• Experience with impact assessment and project scoping.
• Solid understanding of testing strategies, test plans, and data management.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Existing legal right to work in the European Union.

Nice to have

• French language skills.
• Certifications in Business Analysis or related methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams in a hybrid environment.
