Manufacturing Planner

Location: Remote, based in Mexico City, Mexico. Working hours will be agreed in advance with the team manager.

What you will do

• Provide customers with scheduled ship dates and visibility into order status and supply availability.
• Assess and coordinate customer expedite requests.
• Direct fulfillment centers on order priorities based on demand, supply status, customer satisfaction, and business objectives.
• Develop and maintain KPIs and planning reports.
• Identify risks to customer commitments, escalate issues, and provide action-oriented recommendations.
• Refine planning and scheduling processes with key manufacturing partners and support quarter-end goals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of planning or scheduling experience in a related industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a relevant field.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to become a subject matter expert and use that knowledge to build new processes and tools.
• Ability to thrive in a flexible, results-driven environment.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• High English proficiency in oral and written communication is required for daily interaction with customers, Sales teams, and partners in the United States.
