Business Development Manager (m/f/d)

Location: Mexico; hybrid work model with an office-first approach. The role is part of the Mexico Business Development Team.

What you will do

• Prospect and acquire new bus partners to expand the Flix network across Mexico.
• Build and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities.
• Lead commercial negotiations and close partnership agreements.
• Coordinate cross-functional launches with local and international teams.
• Analyze market data to identify profitable growth opportunities and support terminal strategy development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 5+ years of experience in sales or business development with a strong hunter focus.
• Proven experience acquiring new clients and exceeding targets.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial statements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• High independence with a proactive and structured working style.
• Fluency in English, spoken and written.

Nice to have

• Experience in transportation, mobility, or platform-based businesses.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills and stakeholder-facing presentation experience.
