Warehouse Supervisor (eFulfillment)

Location: Corby, Northamptonshire, United Kingdom (NN17 5DY); on-site warehouse and facility operations.

What you will do

• Build, operate, and scale a new eFulfillment centre while leading warehouse associates.
• Design and enforce processes that improve safety, quality, and productivity.
• Collaborate with the Senior PM and operations analysts to establish and achieve ambitious KPIs.
• Foster accountability, ownership, and positivity across the team.
• Oversee automation equipment inspections and general facility maintenance.
• Own daily operations including order processing, throughput, site security, and facility cleanliness.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading a warehouse, fulfilment centre, or logistics site.
• Clear and concise communication skills for aligning teams and stakeholders.
• Data-driven approach with strong focus on KPIs and measurement.
• Adaptability, composure under pressure, and sound decision-making.
• Fast learning, self-motivation, a solutions-focused approach, and strong judgment in ambiguous situations.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with automation and conveyance systems.
• Experience in eCommerce or retail fulfilment environments.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience using technology to drive operational improvements.
• Knowledge of dangerous goods regulations.
