Management Consulting Senior Associate (Life Sciences Advisory)

Location: Raleigh, United States; hybrid workstyle aligned to an hirify.global office. Willingness and ability to travel 25–50%+ is required.

Compensation range: $94,400–$178,800 per year, plus eligibility for a discretionary performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Execute consulting engagements for pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients across Gross-to-Net revenue analytics, government pricing, contract and channel valuation, compliance assessments, pricing methodology, and Fair Market Value analysis.
• Support Gross-to-Net and government pricing services, including go-to-market activities for related offerings.
• Identify gaps in Managed Markets, Finance, and Medical Affairs functions against best practices, statutory requirements, and strategic initiatives.
• Implement market access and pricing strategies and operationalize compliant government and commercial programs.
• Develop price models for government price points and analyze their impact on commercial, government, and distribution contracts.
• Evaluate client financial data using data analytics and financial modeling, while communicating with engagement teams, client employees, and C-suite stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 2+ years of professional consulting experience or relevant industry experience.
• Excellent critical thinking and the ability to solve complex business problems through fact gathering, business process mapping, and data analysis.
• Ability to deal effectively with ambiguity.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, project management, and organizational skills.
• Client service and relationship-building skills.
• Teamwork, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Willingness and ability to travel 25–50%+.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Supply Chain, Economics, or a related Science field.
• Consulting presence and the ability to communicate with executive-level stakeholders.
• Biopharma or life sciences industry experience.
