Sr Divisional Strategy Consultant - Governance (Healthcare)

Location: National Remote; remote work is available within the continental United States, excluding California, New York, Alaska, and Hawaii.

Base pay: $69,800.00–$125,900.00 annually, with eligibility for an annual incentive bonus plan.

What you will do

• Support the development of divisional strategies.
• Identify tools to assess and track strategic opportunities.
• Develop end-to-end reports and synthesize business information.
• Interface with internal business, technical, and analytical teams to achieve strategic outcomes.
• Support governance structures for evaluating strategic opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience in strategic planning, market research, network management, or product development in the healthcare industry or consulting; alternatively, a master’s or professional degree and 4 years of relevant experience, or 7 years of relevant experience.
• Project management skills, including organization, prioritization, problem solving, communication, and the ability to accept direction and feedback.
• Experience with business analytics and information synthesis.
• Knowledge of strategic planning techniques and industry trends.
• Experience managing complex corporate projects in a matrixed environment.
• Experience interacting with staff and management across multiple departments and organizational levels.
• Presentation and group facilitation experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• PC proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access, including strong Excel skills.
