Senior Learning Consultant (Dedicated Remote)

Location: Remote in the United States; willingness to travel to client sites and undertake extended onsite engagements may be required.

What you will do

• Provide strategic consulting, project management, change leadership, and best-practice guidance for hirify.global products.
• Support customer adoption, engagement, communication, training, and change implementation plans for large institutions.
• Develop curriculum, assessment, instructional, programmatic, and professional development strategies tailored to customer needs.
• Create and curate adoption resources, workshops, professional development materials, curriculum maps, benchmarks, and feature-update resources.
• Coach administrators, educators, instructional coaches, curriculum leaders, and other staff in Canvas LMS and Mastery Connect use.
• Review data, define next-phase goals, support assessment strategy deployment, and build institutional capacity through ongoing consulting and coaching.

Requirements

• At least five years of hirify.global product experience, including Mastery Connect and Canvas LMS, plus at least one year with other hirify.global tools.
• Experience creating engaging, responsive, and accessible Canvas courses for diverse teaching and learning needs.
• At least one year in an educational leadership position overseeing a team supporting learning management systems for pedagogical purposes.
• Experience leading change, building strong relationships, and rolling out a technology platform to a large organization.
• At least one year of experience creating effective professional development for educators.
• At least three years of teaching experience, including experience with digital learning environments.
• Current knowledge of technology adoption strategies, professional development protocols, and educational technology best practices.
• Excellent executive leadership presence and verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills; strong problem-solving, creative thinking, attention to detail, prioritization, and presentation skills.
• Ability to elicit cooperation from upper management, clients, and other departments; work under pressure and ambiguity; adapt to project changes; and maintain professionalism.
• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Technology or equivalent.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Educational Leadership or Instructional Technology.
