Learning Designer (Enterprise Software)

Location: Wrocław, Poland; hybrid/on-site, with remote work also offered in a flexible, independent environment.

What you will do

• Partner with subject matter experts in complex technology and business domains to gather, structure, and validate knowledge for training.
• Select learning experience formats such as self-paced courses, spaced practice, and job aids.
• Design and create end-to-end learning assets that achieve learning transfer.
• Shape the long-term enablement roadmap for the hirify.global platform.
• Review team outputs, advance instructional design standards, and mentor the three-person team.
• Experiment with performance-needs diagnosis, content creation, and learning-transfer evaluation, including agentic AI.

Requirements

• 6+ years of proven hands-on experience in learning design and overall instructional strategy.
• Ability to build advanced learning experiences for complex software from scratch.
• Practical knowledge of applying learning science in instructional design.
• Ability to navigate complex business-technology environments and collect useful knowledge from technical experts.
• Familiarity with the software product lifecycle (SDLC).
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Nice to have

• Experience in instructional strategy for enterprise software.
• Hands-on experience with Cognitive Task Analysis (CTA).
