Programming Coordinator (Sports Media)

What you will do

• Maintain calendars of live events and critical event details across internal and external systems for streaming rights partnerships.
• Communicate with partners and collaborate cross-departmentally to collect and maintain broadcast dates, production specifications, and agreement details.
• Advocate for and oversee process improvements in live broadcast scheduling workflows.
• Assist with strategic planning and scheduling for sports broadcasts.
• Perform data cleansing, uploads, and exports in Salesforce.
• Develop customized reports and dashboards and uphold professional standards across operations.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
• Proficiency in Excel and strong data manipulation skills, including comfort working with large amounts of data.
• Ability to prioritize, execute accurately, and manage multiple projects.
• Basic knowledge of the sports media industry.
• Tech-savvy and able to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce.
• Familiarity with reading and comprehending legal contracts.
