Special Events Manager

Location: Las Vegas, NV, USA; hybrid schedule with work-from-home on Mondays and Fridays. Travel to domestic and international player events is required, with a valid passport.

What you will do

• Lead and continuously reimagine the Special Events Program, designing engaging player, employee, corporate, and reward partner events.
• Develop quarterly OKRs and collaborate with cross-functional departments to support annual objectives.
• Create, manage, and maintain event budgets with a focus on financial efficiency.
• Partner with VIP Hosts to plan and execute player-focused events.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, including VIP Hosts, reward partners, marketing, social media, and product teams.
• Oversee event design, themes, timelines, production, logistics, vendors, approvals, collateral, setup, on-site execution, SWAG, and post-event NPS evaluation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven experience in event management.
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing all aspects of events with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Expertise in budget management and strategic planning.
• Passion for creating memorable experiences and driving community engagement.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally to player events with a valid passport.
