Talent Acquisition Specialist (AI)

Location: On-site in Atlanta, Georgia, United States.

Salary: $72,000–$82,000 annually, including base salary and a portion of variable compensation tied to company and individual performance.

What you will do

• Coordinate end-to-end interviews across phone screens, panels, executive conversations, final rounds, and offer stages.
• Manage candidate communication, offer logistics, background-check coordination, and pre-boarding handoffs to HR and IT.
• Maintain accurate ATS records, requisition statuses, pipeline data, recruiting workflows, documentation, reports, and dashboards.
• Support employee referrals, university recruiting, career fairs, TA events, and outcome tracking.
• Create employer brand content, conduct employee interviews, monitor external channels, and partner with Marketing.
• Champion AI adoption by developing prompt guides, tutorials, workflow templates, and feedback on recruiting tools.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition coordination, recruiting operations, or a related HR/People function, with demonstrated growth in scope and ownership, or equivalent work experience.
• Hands-on ATS experience, including candidate records, scheduling workflows, and data integrity.
• Ability to coordinate complex interview and event logistics across multiple time zones, stakeholders, and role types.
• Clear, confident written communication for external-facing content, candidate communications, and internal process documentation.
• Comfort using AI-native tools to accelerate workflows and improve efficiency.
• Strong organizational skills and discretion when handling multiple workstreams and confidential candidate, employee, and compensation information.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with Ashby or a comparable modern ATS.
• Experience creating employer brand content, including social posts, employee spotlights, or careers-site copy.
• Experience building enablement resources or using AI-powered recruiting tools such as scheduling automation, sourcing assistants, or interview intelligence platforms.
• Experience coordinating career fairs, campus recruiting events, or employee referral programs.
• Background in a high-growth SaaS or technology company, or interest in public sector, government technology, or mission-driven organizations.
